Muscle Endurance - 60 Minute Circuit/HIIT Training

High energy circuit training class that is going to challenge your strength and cardio! A fun mix of resistance training and steady state cardio that is sure to burn calories and have you leaving the studio impressed with yourself!

Only up to 5 athletes per class to ensure that everyone gets detailed instruction and guidance. Get a 1-on-1 training feel even in a group class!
