Hi there! My name is Mike and I am the owner and trainer at Whole Health Personal Training. I am a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist as well as a certified Nutrition Coach. I love that I’m able to come into the studio everyday and help my clients achieve their goals and have them realize that they are capable of much more than they thought. I find it very important to listen closely to each of my clients and create a training and nutrition program specific to them. Every client gets the attention to detail that they deserve and a trainer that will be there to guide them through their fitness journey!
